I had been eagerly awaiting the reopening of this salon. I wasn't sure what to expect...but as always the experience was outstanding. It's hard to believe, but i feel like the team at Sports Clip cares about their customers even more than they did before. It's a shame that the people in DC don't care as much about the citizens of this country and only seem to worship the almighty dollar. I used to go to the Viera Beach salon, but this one is closer to my home. I have always received 5 star treatment at both salons.

I want to give a better star rating, the store and service they give is phenomenal but ever since they hired the male stylist I refuse to go back. Top notch haircuts, customer service with a smile from all the ladies. The gentleman they just hired though is a different story. Ever since he came into the team I have had such bad vibes from him, constantly getting into conversations and being overly friendly with all the ladies to the point they seem uncomfortable. On top of it he is talking about his time in jail, no problem with that fact but it’s also a family friendly place that doesn’t need it spoken about when children get their haircuts less then 10ft away.

I was not to happy with customer service and the treatment I received. I felt rushed in and out , did get my neck massage, and they rushed my haircut was uneven on sides I asked to fix and they still did fix it. I felt like the barber was in a hurry to leave and it was my first visit and I was suppose to get my first cut free. So I don't think I want to come back. The layout of store was nice sports and felt like you could relax if customer service was better . Thank you Quincey 321 872 5246
